Eddy has 37 years of insurance experience, specialising in servicing clients in the resources sector, and has an excellent reputation and track record in this area. Eddy’s client focus and specialist knowledge is unparalleled, particularly in the area of people risk including workers’ compensation. JC has spent 19 years practising insurance law, including six years as a Partner in the insurance and risk practice of a large independent law firm in Perth. JC regularly advised corporate clients on their contractual risk transfer arrangements and has handled hundreds of claims on behalf of insurers, brokers and insured clients. JC has experience with investigations involving ASIC, the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety, and WorkSafe.
Kristy has more than 15 years of insurance broking experience, with an enviable reputation for being an exceptional client servicer and terrific team player. After completing his degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Kyle started his professional career working in workers’ compensation claims with an insurer. His subsequent 7 years’ experience, predominately in the resource industry, has given him experience working both on the insurer and employer’s side. With his almost 10 years’ experience in the industry, managing claims and a claims team, Alex brings strong technical knowledge and a collaborative approach to ensure the best strategies are in place and the most cost-effective outcomes are reached.
