JC has spent 19 years practising insurance law, including six years as a Partner in the insurance and risk practice of a large independent law firm in Perth. JC regularly advised corporate clients on their contractual risk transfer arrangements and has handled hundreds of claims on behalf of insurers, brokers and insured clients. JC has experience with investigations involving ASIC, the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety, and WorkSafe.
